Welcome! I’m Rattika Ou, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker dedicated to helping adolescents and adults navigate trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship and adjustment challenges. I take on a trauma-informed approach, including EMDR, to address the whole person holistically. As an Asian-American myself, I strive to find balance in being culturally-informed to respect the diversity of my client.
During our initial sessions, we will spend about 60 minutes getting to know each other, laying the foundation before diving into the therapeutic process. I believe that everyone possesses innate well-being, which can sometimes be overshadowed by life’s challenges.
My unique practice is centered on uncovering this well-being and fostering a thriving, not just surviving, life for my clients. I am passionate about this work because I believe in the potential for everyone to thrive. Let’s embark on this journey together.
